Love is in the air. Tim always teases me, and says he doesn't believe in Valentines Day. So, we usually have Valentines Week. Each day we try to do something small. This year I haven't been at my best to keep up the usual traditions of the week of Valentines. This year all Tim wanted was for me to make him a carrot cake, but not just any carrot cake. Dianna Boyce made it for us once, and it was a while ago. Tim has not forgotten about it he loved it and although carrot cake is not my favorite I actually really loved this recipe. I am really lucky because even though I haven't been good about Valentines Week. Tim has done some really nice things for me like surprise me and make me lunch, and just a bunch of other thoughtful things he knows I'd appreciate he's been doing. He then says it's Valentines Week. Also a congratulations is in order my mom got married. We are very happy for her.

Valentine's week...I like that. We always do birthday weeks, so might as well do V-week too. I love when the hubbies do the small things. They really make all the difference. Congrats to your Mom!! That is great news for her.

Wow, congratulations to your mom. I hope she's happy! You'll have to tell her that the blanket she have my niece is her most favorite-she won't go anywhere with out it! Happy V-day!
