Bishops Ranch

On Monday we went to Bishops Ranch. Addie was so nice she only ate, and slept. When she's in the baby bjorn she puts her face into me. I worry she can't breathe. She just loves being close. Before we left it was really cute the boys both wanted to sit by her. They had already worked it out that Parker got to on the way there, and Tanner on the way back. Tanner was a bit upset because he lost/left his new lock at the soccer park. He is a cutie though...he wanted to say a prayer, and asked me to say it for him. So we prayed for him. It was a fun day besides the blow out upon arrival at the destination. Other than that everything was enjoyable. We got yummy carmel apples.

Sunday Best

I was really nervous about our first day at church. However, she was a sweetheart. She just wanted to eat the entire time. In her dress her legs look so cute...they are skinny. Church will definatly be different.

The Salmon Festival

It was freezing cold. The wind was blowing, and it felt like fall. I was surprised perhaps because I've been inside a bit more than usual. We sure did have a good time. Adeline slept the entire time, and she kept me warm. My nephews were funny. At first Tanner complained that he wanted to go home. I think the wind was getting to him. When we got to the fish he forgot about wanting to leave. However, now Parker was the one who was a character he fed the fish see the first photo of fish their all still, and swimming. If you see the second one their all moving around fighting for food. In their haste to get a bite to eat they splashed Parker...he was really upset (to say the least). He was also really mad I was laughing that he got splashed on. I think he hates fish now.

After the Bath

She just cracks me up...She is so nice when she gets a bath. However, she has some places she doesn't want me to get clean. She clenches her thumb in, and lint gets caught there it's so hard to get her to let me open it up. Addie also doesn't like it when I lift her arms to clean her arm pits. I am embarrassed to say there was one crevice that was collecting lint. I am learning now I am aware I make sure to get these spots she likes to hide.

All Tuckered Out

We've gone on several outings over this past month. Our first outing was to the MD, and I must admit so have most of our others. However, some of my favorite outings have been to get a dollar ice cream, and we also took a trip to apple hill. She was so good. She slep the whole time. Tim looked so cute he strapped on the baby bjorn, and she slept on his chest as we wandered around. What an angel we have. I am a bit spacy, and left the bottle of pumped milk on a bench. My mom would sing Addie the song you are my sunshine, and so I found this magnet for her birth day gift. I think the better gift on my mom's birthday was that Adeline rolled over at three weeks from her stomach onto her back. We are so proud, but she's only done it three other times. We are trying to get it on video so everyone will believe it. But after all of these outings, or just an ordinary day we get a bit tired as you can see.

One Month Old

Wow how time flies! Adeline is growing so fast. It is so exciting! Just a few things to note: at first she would not sleep anywhere except in our arms this is improving now that I swaddle her very tight. I thought she didn't like it she would cry and wanted her hands right next to her face, but she actually loves to be swaddled just hates the process of getting it done. She loves to take baths, and go for rides in the car. It seems she always sleeps more when we're out and about. However, her sleep habbits are improving I believe becase of the swaddling. Nursing is going good, but I think she is having a growth spurt and I am not producing enough milk. I have a prescription to try and increase my supply. I have been pumping too it seems almost impossible to get anything done. Tim does almost all of the cleaning, and cooking except last week I started to cook. Today I have actually been able to get a lot done. So I think I am getting the hang of things.

Visitors at Home

How fun it has been as I have been stuck at home to have so many people visit. Some of the ones who have traveled the farthest have been my MOM, MINDY, and KRISTEN.
