Apple Hill

Addie got to go to Apple Hill with Tiana, and her little friends last week.
She loved her apple doughnut, and fun playing in the pumpkin patch.

Toddler Pre-School

Adeline's 1st day

She had a great time ... I was told. Playing with shaving cream, doing circle time, playing outside, listening to a story. How cute one day a week she goes to a little pre-school. The main thing she was talking about is Ava, Lucy and the shaving cream. You've got to love the dad hair do.

Adeline is Two

Two Years Old
One Year
New Born

She weights 27 lbs (54%), She's .895 m (91%), and head size 48.9 cm (88%).
She can sing her ABC's, say all the sounds of the letters, count to 3 skip 4 and then go to 12, 15, or 20 depending on the day. She loves puzzles, dressing up in high heels, trying to dance like a cheerleader (ever since the football game - she informed us that they shake their bum NICE). My favorite is she sings all sorts of songs her favorite lately is BINGO. She also insists when we put her to bed we sing 3 songs I am a child of God, twinkle twinkle, and Families Can Be Together Forever. If we skip one she always reminds me to sing it. I LOVE it when I ask her something, and she answer yes - she says it so cute. She loves play dough, coloring (even with markers messy), finger painting.

Her personality is sweet and loving, stubborn, persistent, curious and social. The all blonde locks in her hair are getting darker every day. I knew her hair was going to go brown, but it makes me sad because it's just going to happen so gradually. I feel like I am going to miss the change. Sometimes I think it's like that with kids when you're with them daily... the changes happen gradually. So, then you look back at pictures and then remember how it once was. She is incredibly smart. It is her memory she just remembers everything I teach her. My brain has to study stuff so it's amazing to me how she does it.

Happy Family

Adeline loves this song. She always adds her favorite people in... cousins, Lucy, Ava, Rachael and others. Tonight we were playing hide-and-go seek. We always seem to do the hiding. She tells us, "go hide" in the cutest little voice. As we were playing she said out of the blue, "we are a happy family."
